OXPIP works with parents to help them understand their relationship to their baby and develop new ways of responding to each other
OXPIP supports parents who are uncertain about their parenting, who are angry, low, depressed or traumatized or who are concerned about their baby's or toddlers development. Clinicians see parents and babies in one-to-one sessions or in a group
OXPIP offers counselling to parents who have a child under the age of two years

OXPIP is a registered charity and was founded in 1998.

OXPIP believes that secure attachments made during the first two years of life are crucial for the development of emotional health. Help given during this time can prevent or lessen psychological problems in later life - Parents need to feel nurtured themselves before they can nurture their babies.
